Credit Policy

Open Account Policy Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises has the following policy governing open accounts.
All open accounts are due the 10th of the month. Special arrangements for payment can be made.
Payment in full should be made each month.
Those accounts that are not paid by the 10th will have a charge equal to three percent of the unpaid balance added to the account.
Accounts over 90 day past due will be closed and turned in for collection unless other written arrangements are made.
Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises reserves the right to request a credit and background check to be paid for by anyone requesting credit.
Rattlesnake Mountain Enterprises has a high charge for credit to discourage debt and to cover overhead expenses associated with accounts receivable.
Those accounts that have a prearranged payment schedule must have the payments made on the agreed date. A late charge equal to 10 percent of the balance due but not less than $75 will be assessed for any late payment. Accounts without a prearranged payment date are due on the 10th of the month and will be assessed a late fee.
All jobs estimated to exceed $550.00 will require a 50% parts deposit.
